How to Order
There are several ways to find the product you want from our stock :
You can use this facility to search by product name eg. Slant or by Design eg. horse by entering your key word in our search box and clicking your mouse on the "Search Our Store" button.
If you select this option you will be able to view our product range which we have categorised into easy to follow groups. You can choose to browse by category by clicking on the range you wish to see and our shopping cart software will do the rest!
Once you have selected the product you wish to buy by clicking on the "Add to Your Basket" button you will be shown the contents of your online shopping basket. Here you may adjust quantities and choose your delivery destination.
Proceed to the Check Out
When you select "Proceed to the Check Out" you will be asked to register your name and email address with a password. This will allow our shopping cart software to remember your delivery details for future visits. You may then key in your billing address (note that this must match your credit or debit card billing address) and your delivery address. Your address details can be edited if they have changed since you last placed an order with us.
Paying by Credit or Debit Card
All credit and debit cards payments are processed by World Pay, a trusted leader in internet payment solutions. Your card details are entered on their secure server and are never seen by us or by our webserver.
Paying by Cheque
Please make cheques payable to Padblocks Ltd, and write your order number, name, address and card details on the reverse of the cheque and allow extra time for delivery. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.
Once we receive your payment, we will advise you via email, and via our website that the transaction has gone through.
Padblocks want you to be delighted everytime you shop with us.
Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please wrap the package securely and post it at your expense to Customer Services, Padblocks Limited, Fishponds Road, Wokingham Berkshire, RG41 2QX.
We strongly recommend that you obtain a free proof of posting from your Post Office.
Unless faulty, personalised items cannot be returned.
Should the goods be damaged or faulty, please contact us before returning the product(s).
Prices and Availability
All orders over £25.00 will be delivered free of charge within the UK.
For destinations outside of the UK, the carriage charge will be shown when you choose your country in the shopping basket and will be based on the total weight of the order.
All prices on this website are up to date. All items displayed include VAT at 20%. Inevitably, prices and availability may change over time.
We deal with orders as quickly as possible. Orders will normally be despatched within 7 working days, subject to availability. However, during very busy periods please allow a little longer.
All information supplied is only used to enable us to process your order more efficiently. Under no circumstances is it passed to a third party.
